Membrane Protein Modeling
Molecular Mechanisms of Ion Channel Gating
Modulation of Membrane Proteins by Lipids

Ahmad graduated from the University of Paris Saclay in France in 2017, where he did his PhD under the supervision of Brigitte Hartmann. He was a postdoc in the group of Isabelle Callebaut at Unversity of Paris Sorbonne. Currently, he is a postdoc in the group of Lucie Delemotte at SciLifeLab in Sweden. His main research focus is on mechanisms of membrane proteins gating, allosteric regulation and modulation by small molecules/lipids.
